- Rimori Sake Brewery was founded in 1868 and is located in Akaban City (formerly Karube Village), Okayama Prefecture. Based on the belief that true local sake must be brewed with "local rice, local water, and local climate," Rishamori Brewery has revived the fantastic Omachi sake rice. The brewery grows its own rice in its own rice paddies, and aims for a "consistent production system from rice cultivation to sake brewing," in which everything from the raw materials to the finished product is produced in-house. Akaban Omachi" is a registered trademark of the Toshimori Brewery.
