酒蔵について
Kamotsuru is one of Hiroshima's representative sake breweries, having made brewing its business in the early Edo period (1603-1868) and named its sake "Kamotsuru" (meaning "crane" in Japanese) in 1873. In 1917, the brewery received the first honorary award at the National Sake Competition together with Gekkeikan and Kamerei Shuzo, and in 1918, the following year, the brewery was incorporated and established as Kamotsuru Shuzo Brewery Co. (In 1958 (95 years ago), the company became the first to sell daiginjo-shu, daiginzo "Tokusen Gold Kamotsuru," a daiginjo sake that no one else had yet produced. We established the technology for brewing ginjo and daiginjo sake. Under the company motto of "Quality First," we combine the traditional skills and passion of the Hiroshima toji to brew our sake. Kamotsuru Misono Brewery won a gold medal at the National New Sake Competition. ≪A total of 101 breweries won the Gold Award from 1970 (Showa 45) to 2015 (Heisei 27), the 10th consecutive year for which a record has been kept. ≫.
