- 酒蔵について
- Founded in 1880, Kamo Kanehide is the only remaining sake brewery in Kurose-cho, Hiroshima Prefecture, and until around 2000 was a so-called "local unsuccessful sake brewery. With this idea in mind, the brewery reorganized its production from the ground up, launching the high-quality brand "Kamo Kanehide" instead of "Sakurafukiyuki," which had been synonymous with cheap sake until then. Under the concept of "fresh and juicy," the brewery uses Akaban Omachi as its malted rice to produce a full and fresh sake. With the medium-hard well water that springs on the premises and thorough temperature control, we seek to create not just sake, but a work of art, a finished product of beauty.
