- In 2010, we revived the Omine Sake Brewery, which had been dormant for over 50 years, in the hope that agriculture and local resources would become an industry that would lead the region into the future. Sake and agriculture have a long history and a high level of expertise. We respect culture and tradition to the utmost and want to create sake that our predecessors could not achieve with modern technology. We are not satisfied with the current situation or past recipes, but rather enjoy researching sake on a daily basis and continue to create sake that expresses the climate and identity of the region with passion and curiosity in brewing.
