酒蔵について
Sake Brewing for Food Ishizuchi Sake Brewery's goal is to create sake that can be enjoyed while eating. The slogan of the brewery is "brewing for customers who love Ishizuchi". We aim to make sake that is delicious from the third cup onward, with a focus on junmai (pure rice) and junmai ginjo (ginjo) sake. The brewery is located in Saijo City, Ehime Prefecture, which is famous for its famous water, located near Ishizuchi, the highest mountain in western Japan. The brewery's family is the core of our brewing operations. The company was founded in 1920. In 1999, we abolished the toji system and have been operating under the current system for 20 years. All of our employees work together to brew the sake "Ishizuchi" based on the creed of doing lean, reliable, and careful work based on brewing plans and other innovations.
