- Located in Unomachi, Seiyo City, a post town of the Uwajima clan, the front warehouse was built in the Kansei era and the brewing warehouse in the Ansei era, and even after 2 hundred years, it still retains the appearance of those days. Motomiya Sake Brewery uses "Yamada-Nishiki" grown in-house in fertile soil and natural water from the Ameyama mountain behind the brewery.
