We want to "bring smiles to the tables of more people around the world" through our mellow, dry sake. All of our employees are brewing sake with this in mind. We aim to create a bottle that can be enjoyed at tables around the world with dishes from all over the world, as "Drunken Whale" grew up in Kochi Prefecture, where seafood, mountain delicacies, and rivers abound and banquets are the best in the world. Our goal was to create a supporting role that complements the main role of food. Kochi Prefecture is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and the Shikoku Mountains, and is a treasure trove of food ingredients. As can be seen in the banquet-style local cuisine called "sarabachi ryori," which is a large platter of delicacies from the sea, mountains, and rivers, banquets over delicious food and sake have always been an important place of communication for the Tosa people. The greatest appeal of "drunken whale," which was born from the warm climate and culture that loves sake and banquets, is its refreshing aftertaste that enhances the taste of all kinds of food and keeps you drinking until the end of the banquet.
