- Although small in scale, we carefully brew sake by hand using techniques handed down from generation to generation. We use Fukuoka Prefecture's "Yamada-Nishiki" and "Yume-Ichikyo" rice suitable for sake brewing, and brew with water from the Sangun mountain range, all with a focus on the local area. We hope you will enjoy our sake brewed with the aim of creating a sake brewery with a unique style.
