- 酒蔵について
- In the Edo Tenpou era (1603-1868), a Japanese bush warbler flew into the garden of the Yamaguchi family every day from the Tenmangu Shrine, and they happily quenched their thirst and purified their bodies with the spring water. The name of the sake was derived from the spirit of the founding of the brewery. That is the origin of the sake's name, Garden no Uguisu. We brew sake using water from the Chikugo River and rice from Fukuoka Prefecture. We pursue the highest quality without compromising on quality. The quality of sake best matches the ingredients and cuisine of Kyushu. We aim to make sake that makes you want to drink more.
