- With the concept of "bringing romance to sake brewing with a free brewing style," LIBROM makes its sake in Takasago, just a stone's throw from Tenjin in Fukuoka Prefecture. Conventional sake brewing has been done with spring water or well water flowing from the rich natural soil of the area. However, in this day and age of various technological advances, we believe that it is possible to make delicious sake in the city, and we are taking on the challenge of creating fun and exciting sake by incorporating our experience gained through training at a sake brewery and new methods unique to a city brewery. We have a PUB attached to the brewery, where you can enjoy fresh sake and snacks while watching the sake brewing process. We hope to make sake more accessible to those who have never been interested in sake through conversations with the brewers and the unfamiliar brewing process.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is great, and the ingredients are carefully selected to provide the best soba noodles. In the evening, we serve duck hot pot, and we have a wide selection of sake that goes well with both soba and duck hot pot.
