- Founded at the end of the Edo period. Surrounded by the mountains of Taku City, Saga Prefecture, we have been brewing sake that has been loved by the local community for generations. We will continue to brew "sake that you can see the brewer's face" while cherishing family ties and sublimating the thoughts of our predecessors.

The restaurant focuses on fresh vegetables and fresh fish, and the owner selects the best sake from all over Japan. The friendly owner, Mr. Ishibashi, is always warm and welcoming to customers. Regular sake parties are held where you can enjoy about 10 different kinds of sake with the brewery's direct participation.
Located under the elevated railway tracks of Saga Station, the restaurant offers a wide range of Saga Prefecture's sake, from standard to seasonal. The cuisine also makes use of many Saga ingredients, satisfying even those from outside the prefecture. Open from noon, it is one of the few places in Saga Prefecture where you can enjoy drinking Saga sake during the day.
The food, which makes the most of Kyushu's ingredients, is exquisite. The owner's love of sake is evident in the brands he offers.
Using Saga Prefecture ingredients, the food is casual and very popular among young people. The sake selection is impressive.
The sushi course is very reasonably priced and easy to order. We also have more than 20 varieties of sake, selected from inside and outside of the prefecture, available at all times, which is quite satisfying.

This is an inn in the town of Tara, famous for its Takezakigani. The young owner, who has a deep love for sake, offers a wide range of sake, from major brands to secret sake that has not yet been released to the public. When you stay at the inn, you may be able to hear the young owner talk about sake. The joint sake party held every year with several breweries is a great satisfaction for both guests and brewers with an impressive selection of sake.
This long-established ryokan is located in Ureshino Hot Spring, one of the three best hot springs in Japan for beautiful skin. The onsen boasts a high sodium content, which helps to smooth the skin and restore it to its freshness. The hotel also offers a wide selection of Japanese sake produced in Saga Prefecture.
