The Munemasa Sake Brewery is engaged in the "careful sake brewing" represented by the sake "Munemasa" and the shochu "Nonnoko" in the town of Arita, Saga Prefecture, widely known as the "town of pottery". We have received high acclaim for our "umakuchi" sake, such as "Munemasa-15," which has won gold medals at international sake competitions, and our high-quality, low-priced shochu, such as "Nonnoko," which has won gold medals at the Fukuoka Regional Taxation Bureau's sake competition for 10 years in a row. We use 100% Saga Prefecture-grown ingredients and water from the Arita Kurogami mountain range, and we produce sake that "once you taste it, you will want to give it to someone else" under daily quality control using carefully selected ingredients and traditional handmade techniques.
