- Located in the southwestern part of the prefecture, Hizen Hamayado overlooks the Ariake Sea to the east with the Taradake mountain range to the south. The brewery uses groundwater from the Mt. Taradake mountain range and sake rice produced by farmers in various regions who are dedicated to rice cultivation. Our company was founded at the end of the Taisho era (1912-1926). Nabeshima was established in 1998 with the aim of becoming a sake that represents Saga and Kyushu. We started in our hometown of Saga and moved to Tokyo in 2002. We realized that the image of Saga as a sake-producing region was not good enough, and that we were not making enough effort. With the cooperation of many fans and supporters in the city, "Saga/Kyushu's representative sake" was realized. 2023 marks the 100th anniversary, and we will continue to evolve with your support to achieve our new goal "to become Japan's representative sake".

It is operated by Tomikuchiyo Sake Brewery. This auberge restaurant is limited to six guests per day. Why not experience the marriage of Nabeshima and Japanese cuisine here? We have Nabeshima dishes that are only available here. We are also particular about our tableware, and offer dishes that can only be seen here, as well as sake cups that match our sake.
The owner is a kind and beloved character. Special beef tongue shabu shabu is recommended. Seasonal seafood from the Genkai Sea is also delicious.

This lodging facility is operated by the Tomikuchiyo Sake Brewery. The inn is limited to one guest per day, and is housed in a renovated old private house facing Hamajuku-dori, which is in the Denken district. The concept of this inn is an auberge, a restaurant-oriented inn. Dinner is served at the Souan Nabeshima restaurant, where you can enjoy a meal prepared using only the finest ingredients and accompanied by sake. Surrounded by the nationally registered monument, Mifuneyama Rakuen (Mt. Mifuneyama Paradise) and the towering cliffs of Mt. The delicate and beautiful sukiya-style building, with its elegant furnishings and design, provides the perfect atmosphere for a special holiday.
