- Fukuchiyo Sake Brewery is located in Hizen-Hama-juku, a historic sake-brewing town in southwestern Saga Prefecture. To the south, it overlooks the mountains of the Taradake range, and to the east, the Ariake Sea stretches out. We utilize the pure underground water from the Taradake range and sake rice cultivated by dedicated farmers across Japan who approach rice farming with sincerity, striving to brew sake that embodies the blessings of this land. Founded in the late Taisho era, the brewery built upon its long-honed sake-making techniques. In 1998, the brand "Nabeshima" was born with the aim of becoming "a representative local sake of Saga and Kyushu." From the start, we valued creating a sake cherished and taken pride in by the people of our local Saga community. Since around 2002, we have also been supported by liquor retailers and restaurants in Tokyo, continuing our brewing while being cherished by many loyal drinkers. Celebrating our 100th anniversary in 2023, we now aim to become "a sake representing Japan" and will continue to refine our quality.

Operated by Fukuichiyo Sake Brewery, this is an auberge restaurant limited to six guests per day. Why not experience the marriage of Nabeshima and Japanese cuisine here? We also offer exclusive Nabeshima sake available only at this location. Furthermore, we take great care in selecting our tableware, featuring pieces you can only see here and sake vessels specially paired with our beverages.
The owner is a kind and beloved character. We recommend our specially selected beef tongue shabu-shabu. Seasonal seafood from the Genkai Sea is also delicious.

This inn, nestled within the cliffs of Mount Mifune that tower protectively over the nationally registered historic site of Mifuneyama Rakuen, is filled with a tranquility that makes one forget the passage of time. The delicate and beautiful sukiya-style building features spaces adorned with elegant furnishings and design elements, creating an atmosphere perfect for a special holiday. The tea house Bar within the garden, which changes its expression with the seasons and time of day, is especially recommended.
Spanning 66 acres of lush grounds, the property features two lodges and a restaurant & spa. Daily renovations by our dedicated carpenters continue, with new creations emerging constantly.
