- I want you to make a toast with sake!" We want you to make a toast with sake! With this in mind, we created "Janpan," a junmai happoshu (pure rice sparkling sake). The sake has a refreshing green malic acid-like acidity, brewed with a multi-acid yeast yeast, and is fired with a unique carbon dioxide gas so as not to destroy the flavor, resulting in a sweet and refreshing taste. The alcohol content is also low for a sake, making it easy to drink, and you can taste it just like champagne.
