- SAKE is made in very small quantities in a small winery as a hobby, with the entire Obuse Winery staff away from winemaking only for a few weeks when snow and bitter cold prevent them from working in the vineyards. All of our products (1) We use only Miyamanishiki grapes produced in Nagano Prefecture according to the "single variety" philosophy of Burgundy wines. (2) Fermented only with the old Association No. 1-5 yeast, which we have revived after 70 years, classic sake yeast without cultured yeast, and No. 6 yeast discovered before World War II. (3) All the yeast is used for sake making. (4) No addition of activated carbon, alcohol, enzymes, cultured lactic acid bacteria, cultured nitrate-reducing bacteria, or inorganic salts. (5) Wine facilities are shared under hygienic management. (6) We brew "SAKE" that does not disgrace the name of our main business. (7) The aroma of Sake Erotique is a decadent flavor that only mature men and women who have experienced painful infatuation and mad love can understand, without complying with wine. When the Numérosis is sold out, our dining table is once again decorated with wine. The 2024 Miyamanishiki has given us a lot of trouble. We have nothing but gratitude.
