This Daiginjo-shu is a freshly brewed Daiginjo-shu with a fruity aroma and mild sweetness from Gekkeikan's proprietary yeast. The aroma is mellow and fruity, like apples. After the mild sweetness becomes familiar on the tongue, mild acidity and astringency appear, and the richness and umami deepen. Finally, a moderate bitterness gives it a refreshing finish.
