A new type of low-alcohol sake created by using three times more koji (compared to our company's product). It has a refreshing taste with a fruity ginjo aroma and a creamy, sweet and sour flavor. It goes well with the juicy and spicy flavor of Sanuki's local gourmet boned chicken and meat dishes. Please enjoy it on the rocks.
