It has a sweet, refreshing aroma reminiscent of yogurt. It is a refreshing junmai nigori sake that harmonizes the full-bodied sweetness of rice with a refreshing sourness. In order to maximize the original flavor of the rice, we insist on using junmai sake. Nigori sake is made by roughly straining the sake when it is squeezed out, so it contains the same abundant nutrients as sake lees, such as amino acids, making it a "delicious" sake for the body.
