味わいの特徴

It has a sweet, fruity aroma that rises gently, and on the palate it is a dry ginjo-shu with a sweetness of rice that spreads over the tongue and a crisp, tight dryness, but also goes down the throat nicely. The sweetness of the rice spreads in the mouth as if it blooms later, leaving a slightly strong aftertaste.
