味わいの特徴
This junmai daiginjo-shu is made from 40% polished "Gin-no-Yume" rice suitable for sake brewing, grown in terraced rice paddies in the Tosa Reinokita region where the brewery is located, and carefully brewed in a blessed natural environment. It has a gorgeous aroma, a clear and clean taste, and a juicy texture that can be felt on the tongue. The mouthfeel is so smooth that it is easily absorbed into the back of the throat. It goes well with sushi, shrimp, crab, shellfish, white-meat sashimi, elegantly seasoned Japanese dishes in general, liver, foie gras, Wagyu beef shabu-shabu, after-dinner cheese, sweet dishes, fruit, etc. Please enjoy its mellow taste and aroma.
