- Sake is Heaven's Biroku - Sake is a Gift from Heaven Junmai sake "Biroku" is made entirely from Yamada-Nishiki grown in Okayama Prefecture. Yamada-Nishiki is grown all over Japan, but Okayama Prefecture is the third largest producer of Yamada-Nishiki in Japan after Hyogo and Fukuoka. The quality is also very high. The rice is polished to 70% in order for the sake to taste the true flavor of the rice. It is a junmai-shu that can be served cold or warmed up, and is ideal as a mid-meal drink. Sold out
