Our company's Yasushi Ichinose, one of the few barrel craftsmen in Kyushu and the only one in Nagasaki Prefecture, painstakingly makes cedar barrels and bottles the sake when the fragrance has been added. The aroma of cedar has a relaxing and refreshing effect on the palate. It can be enjoyed as a food sake. It is especially good with strong flavored dishes.
