味わいの特徴
Mellow sweet sake. Winner of the gold medal at the International Wine Competition Feminaries Wine Competition 2021. Not only is it sweet, but it also has a rich umami taste. It is a junmai ginjo with a clean, dry aftertaste that never gets old. The rice used to make it and the method used to make it are carefully selected to give it a taste different from other Shinsen wines. It can be enjoyed any way you like, but we recommend drinking it cold or at room temperature.
