Harazake Kashiwamori Motofacial" is an unfiltered unpasteurized sake made with rice from Tochigi Prefecture, Gohyakumangoku. The aroma is fresh, pleasant, and noble. In the mouth, the first thing that comes to mind is the elegant, refreshing sensation as the sake glides down the throat, followed by the mellow flavor and subtle sweetness that gently envelops the tongue, creating a blissful moment that makes you want to breathe deeply. The unfiltered, unpasteurized sake "Sake Face" is completely unpasteurized without heat treatment, known as hi-ire. Generally, freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake is stored and then filtered and hi-ire to avoid deterioration. However, it is difficult to keep the sake fresh, and in the past, only brewers could taste it. We are pleased to offer this fantastic taste, which was not easily available to the general public, directly from the brewery. We recommend this product not only for sake connoisseurs, but also for women.
