It took eight years from conception to commercialization. The concept was "sake that goes well with Western-style food," and a sake completely different from the conventional image of sake was born. The flavor is reminiscent of white wine, making it a perfect match for Italian and French cuisine. It can be served as an aperitif or dessert sake, and is so light and refreshing that it is hard to believe it is sake. Please drink it moderately chilled.
