This sake is brewed using "Rikuhata" sake rice, a variety provided by Takagi Shuzo when we first launched Hanamura. This is a rare variety even on a national scale. The result is a fine sake that combines the mellow umami of a single bottle pasteurization with the distinctive, aromatic and elegant sweetness unique to Hanamura. Please enjoy it moderately chilled. Available exclusively at authorized retailers. Keep refrigerated.
