味わいの特徴
This liqueur is made with blueberries directly from a blueberry picking farm in Mihama-cho, located in the south of the Chita Peninsula. We soak blueberries only with high purity glacial sugar and Kou-type shochu so that you can enjoy the original taste and aroma of blueberries. By soaking them for a long time, we extract all the anthocyanins from blueberries. Naturally, no coloring agents or acidifiers are added, bringing out the true color and taste of blueberries. The freshness of the blueberries will fill your mouth as if you were eating them straight from the berries. The flavor and color can be fully enjoyed even when mixed with carbonated beverages, etc., since hand-picked blueberries are lavishly used.
