The ultimate "Ishizuchi," a beautifully aromatic sake brewed exclusively in Ehime Prefecture. Ishizuchi Junmai Daiginjo VANQUISH" is brewed with 25% polished Matsuyama Mitsui rice produced in Ehime Prefecture, focusing on the brewing techniques of Ishizuchi to the maximum extent. The brewery is located in Saijo City, Ehime Prefecture, where the weather, brewing environment, and climate are nurtured, and thanks to these factors, the rice used is 100% Matsuyama Mitsui rice milled to 25%. Ishizuchi and fermented at low temperature for about 30 days, resulting in a Junmai Daiginjo-shu with an elegant aroma and a delicate, soft flavor.
