味わいの特徴

Based on Junmai Daiginjo, our highest quality sake, we use only fully ripened Nanko-ume plums (from Saga), which are considered the best plums. They are slowly pickled for one year. This premium plum wine is made with the gentle sweetness of sake and as little sugar as possible. The mild acidity and mellow mouthfeel create a luxurious and elegant experience. Silver Prize in the Umeshu Base Mixed Umeshu category at the National Umeshu Competition 2019. Recommended chilled and straight, but can also be enjoyed on the rocks or with soda.
