Based on Junmai Daiginjo, our highest quality sake, we use only fully ripened Nanko-ume plums (from Saga), which are considered the best plums. The plums are slowly pickled for one year. This premium plum wine is made with the gentle sweetness of sake and as little sugar as possible. The mild acidity and mellow mouthfeel create a luxurious and elegant experience. National Umeshu Competition 2019, 2023 Silver Prize in the Base Mixing Category*. Recommended chilled and straight, but can also be enjoyed on the rocks or with soda.
