Sold only in Yamagata Prefecture. Junmai Daiginjo-Moroshiroshu made with Yamadanishiki from the Tokubetsu A district with a rice polishing ratio of 45%. It has an elegant aroma like that of La France, with a sweet, fresh scent of flowers. As the temperature rises, the aroma changes to a rich, sweet aroma of tropical fruits. The acidity and astringency balance the robust umami.
