- 味わいの特徴
- The rice is edible "Aichi no Kaori" rice. The rice is carefully cultivated in the first rice paddy, which is nurtured by a devoted farmer who is a childhood friend of the owner of the company, and slowly polished to a milling ratio of 60%. The yeast used is a proprietary yeast from the Aichi Prefectural Food Research Institute. It is slightly dry, but you can taste the plump flavor typical of nama-zake. It is best served cold or slightly chilled.
