Release date] From mid-March This is a gold-colored Kame label, which is rarer than the usual Kame. It has a gorgeous aroma typical of new sake and a clear, refreshing taste that makes one's heart pound. The depth of the flavor is typical of Kame-no-o, with its acidity and umami. Kame-no-o is produced by our brewer himself. Junmai Daiginjo brewed with rice polished to 45% Kame-no-o. It has a fresh, clear body with deep acidity and umami that can only be achieved by brewing Kame-no-o.
