This liqueur is made by dipping "migaki strawberries," which are based on the concept of eating jewels, into Junmai Daiginjo made from 100% Yamadanishiki, the highest grade of sake rice. It has the sweetness and sourness of strawberries, a mellow aroma, and a subtle taste of sake in the aftertaste. Enjoy it chilled. Straight drinking is recommended.
