This sake is brewed using "Rikuhata" sake rice, a variety provided by Takagi Shuzo when we first launched Hanamura. This variety is quite rare even on a national scale. The result is a fine sake that combines the fresh umami of freshly pressed sake with the distinctive, aromatic and elegant sweetness unique to Hanamura. Please enjoy it moderately chilled. Available exclusively at authorized retailers. Keep refrigerated.
