- Princess Michiko" is a rose with beautiful contrasting green leaves and reddish-orange petals, which was presented by Queen Elizabeth of England to the current Empress, then Crown Princess Michiko. This sake is a special sake brewed using the flower yeast isolated from the rose. Please enjoy the gorgeous and elegant aroma produced by the noble flower yeast in a wine glass chilled to less than 5 degrees Celsius.
