味わいの特徴
Made with rare Yamada Nishiki rice from the Special A District of Hyogo Prefecture. This special limited-edition Junmai Daiginjo has been aged at low temperatures for approximately one year, resulting in a gentle, delicate aroma that lingers, and a complex, rounded flavor reminiscent of ripe fruit. It pairs well with any dish, but is a dry sake that goes particularly well with oysters and whitefish, regardless of the cooking method. This product is a limited-edition sake with the code CSW2026.
