味わいの特徴
It is made with rice and yeast grown in Saitama Prefecture. It has a fresh taste with a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a full yet clean aftertaste. About AGEO AGEO" was created in collaboration with the Sake Support Group. AGEO" was created in collaboration with the Sake Ouen-dan, a Japanese sake brewing company that handles all aspects of the sake brewing process, including preparation, sales and promotional activities. The AGEO" is a sake brewing project that invites the general public to participate in some of the processes involved in the production of "AGEO" through the Sake Supporters' Group. The main ingredient of "AGEO" is rice grown in Saitama Prefecture, and we will further deepen our relationship with the local community and contribute to the revitalization of the region.
