A New-Style Bodai-moto! A 600-year-old traditional brewing method has evolved into a modern Bodai-moto that is both free-spirited and innovative. A cute, sweet-and-sour flavor reminiscent of green apples is concentrated within a very light, dancing haze, creating an instinctively delicious taste that will make your heart flutter. We recommend serving it well-chilled on the rocks or mixed with sparkling water. *Due to secondary fermentation in the bottle, the drink will gradually become more effervescent after shipment. Please ensure it is well-chilled before opening and take care to prevent the crown cap from flying off. Featured in "Sake Dancyu" Vol. 2.
