Kogetsu" is a fruity sake produced by rice. It has an aroma like grape or Pione, light sweetness and richness. <Katsutsuki Kogetsu" is a sake with a fruity flavor. Unlike conventional sake, this product transcends classification by rice type and specific name (ginjo, junmai, or honjozo) to break new ground as a "fruit-flavored sake.
