A new everyday sake that makes relaxing time a luxurious experience. Mellow and full-bodied taste. The refreshing aroma is followed by a mild, natural sweetness that is typical of sake. The palate is gentle, and after the initial mild sweetness disappears, a soft astringency and acidity are felt. The lingering aftertaste is rather short, with a gentle bitterness that pulls the whole thing together. The taste of each sake is not too assertive, and while rounded, you can still taste the full flavor of the sake.
