Full-bodied and delicious, with a clean aftertaste. This is a pack of junmai-shu made from the traditional sake brewing process. It has a fruity aroma, full-bodied umami, fine acidity, and a pleasantly clean aftertaste. Nada no miyamizu (natural water from the Rokko mountain range), selected as one of the 100 best waters, is used as the brewing water.
