Juyondai Ryusen Hayabusa

味わいの特徴

It was released in the Year of the Dragon (R5BY) after 3 years of experimental brewing. Named after the "Hayabusa" rapids of the Mogami River, the mother river that surrounds our company. It is a light nigori orizake with a very high alcohol content, which is made to resemble a torrent with rocks covering the bottom of the river and making a spray of water.
