味わいの特徴
Sansho Lemonade, an original drink from the restaurant TANIGAKI in Tajima, Hyogo Prefecture, is made with Asakura Sansho, a local specialty. We were allowed to use the lees of the Sansho Lemonade last season as well, and in fact, the lees itself is extremely delicious. The refreshing taste of lemon zest and Asakura sansho is so good that it can be served as a snack on its own. We have improved on the recipe for "TANIGAKI no Okan," a sake made last season, and brewed it with a more open, refreshing flavor in mind. It has a pleasant aroma of koji-derived acidity, sansho lemonade lees, and green cardamom. It is delicious both chilled and warmed. It is also great on the rocks or with soda. We hope you will enjoy haccoba's new standard sake in a variety of settings!
