The first sake rice from Mie Prefecture, "Kaminoho," was born and raised in the Land of God. Junmai Ginjo-shu is brewed with Mie Prefecture's sake rice "Kami no Ho" using Mie Prefecture yeast. This premium Gizaemon is freshly squeezed and bottled immediately after bottling at a temperature of -3°C (-4°F). It has a mellow aroma and a refreshing taste.
