- This honjozo sake is made from "Gohyakumangoku," rice suitable for sake brewing and polished to 65%. It is brewed in a small brewing process and bottled without filtration after the top vatting, and each bottle is carefully heated and stored in refrigerated bottles to ensure thorough quality control. It is a very dry sake characterized by a calm aroma, a fresh and crisp taste, and a clean and crisp aftertaste. The freshness and intensity of the taste immediately after the bottle is uncorked, followed by a gradual sense of cohesion and balance. It is recommended to be served cold, at room temperature, or warmed.
