The label has been reissued in the font used until the beginning of the Showa period. It has a slightly sweet taste and a mild mouthfeel with the flavor of koji extracted to the fullest extent. After it is made, it is further aged for a long time to make it mellow and mild. It is a well-balanced, versatile sake with a wide range of expressions, from cold sake to hot sake. If you are drinking Seikagami for the first time, we recommend this sake.
