Maboroshi Junmai Ginjo Maboroshi
- Based on the concept of a "food sake," it is brewed with Hachitan-Nishiki, a sake brewing rice produced in Hiroshima Prefecture, using No. 9 series yeast. It has a refreshing ginjo aroma that is elegantly expressed, and while it has a clean, refreshing mouthfeel, the aging process gives it a wide range of flavors and brings out the characteristics of Hachitan-Nishiki. The balance of sweetness, umami, acidity, and a hint of bitterness creates a refreshing finish.
