味わいの特徴
Made from "Gohyakumangoku" rice grown in Kyoto Prefecture, this limited edition sake is bottled only from the best part of the 40% polished junmai daiginjo-shu. After the top vatting, the sake is bottled without filtration, and each bottle is carefully warmed in a bottle and stored in a refrigerated bottle for thorough quality control. It is a Junmai Daiginjo recommended as a mid-meal drink with a refreshing impression of elegant ginjo aroma that is not too flashy, a mellow yet clean rice flavor, and a pleasantly crisp and clear taste with an elegant and sharp acidity. The freshness and freshness can be felt immediately after the bottle is uncorked, and then a sense of cohesion gradually emerges and the balance becomes very good.
